For Ever Four SeasonsAn investigation of the role of humanity in the anthropocene age.
Thursday December 13th
10:00 – 12:00
Bíó Paradís, Hverfisgata 54
The ability of man is the enigma of man, this for good and evil! Human beings have developed, and survived as a species, thanks to the ability to create systems, i.e. technology, philosophy, and art. But also concentration camps, weapons, and nuclear power.
Through Kenzo Kusudas movements, Skulberg creates personal and analytical observations on nature, focusing on presence as pure being and nature as a power with no intention.
Marianna Kavallieratos embodies mankind as a figure in the world, with all that it contains from pain, memories, sorrow and hope. Her figure serves as a reflection for the audience’s identification and imagination.
Jon R. Skulberg is the founder and artistic director of Convoi Exceptionnel. He is a Norwegian artist based in Copenhagen.
