Grasping opportunities: Create & tour internationally

This panel discussion will focus on the international opportunities that exist in the dance field, and tackle different aspects such as artists’ mobility, their access to international residencies and support programmes, the international showcases facilitating exposure in different continents.
The session will be the occasion to exchange key information regarding other realities across the world, funding schemes as well as discussing experiences, motivations and expectations of players.
Panel discussion facilitated by Yohann Floch (FACE-Fresh Arts Coalition Europe, France) with guest speakers including Marie Le Sourd (On the Move, Belgium), more to be confirmed.
FACE-Fresh Arts Coalition Europe is an international network gathering 46 arts organizations from 23 countries that supports contemporary cross-disciplinary art forms and facilitates international collaboration. It covers category-defying practices such as live art, immersive or participatory projects, site-specific arts, contemporary circus, and physical and visual theatre.
On the Move is the cultural mobility information network active in Europe and worldwide. Beyond signposting information about cultural mobility funding opportunities, On the Move tackles issues related to cultural mobility challenges such as visas, social protection and taxation and environmental issues.
The discussion is a collaboration of FACE, On the Move and ICE HOT Nordic Dance Platform Copenhagen.
